A brief overview of the projects our team is presently working on
Saudi Building Codes
TCHECO is currently working on the development of the latest edition of thein collaboration with the Saudi Building Code National Committee (SBCNC). The Saudi Building Codes will be updated based on the latest editions of international building codes and standards. This project will be completed in 2024.
Past Projects
TCHECO team consists of engineering experts that belong to diverse fields of engineering and delivered various international and regional projects. The nature of those projects belong to research, building code development, project management, construction supervision and design consultancy. Notably, TCHECO team members have been significantly involved in the development of 2018 Edition of Saudi Building Codes. In addition, TCHECO experts worked on mega projects like The Line (Neom), Diamer Basha Dam and Balloki Barrage.
About Us
TCHECO was founded in 2021 by Dr. Ahmed Shuraim, who until then had served as Advisor to Governor on Codes and Standards, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, Saudi Arabia. TCHECO offers project management and consulting services related to building codes for engineering firms, code-writing bodies and government agencies engaged in the design and construction of buildings and other structures that are regulated by building codes.
